The way you can participate

If you would like to take part in LGW’s Vacation in Eger, Hungary, please fill in the following form and submit it. Submission of the form does not require any payment. By return LGW will send you all the details (choice of flights, hotels, etc.) of your holiday. If you accept LGW’s offer, LGW will post your Travel Contract, including all details of the vacation, to your postal address indicated below.

We are happy to see you from any part of the world, and we will arrange a flight for you or you can choose to book it yourself.

For all Participants LGW will book hotels upon the Participants’ choice and provide a personal, full escort from Budapest Airport to the hotels in Eger and return.
